Bulk Order execution and Merchandising
Headed by Senior expat merchandising managers and Asst. Manager assisted by 10 Merchandisers.
Centralized Planning and Operation
Headed by a senior Manager and staff who gives a supporting hand to Bulk merchandising and Quality Assurance team. Managing & monitoring Critical path events to ensure production on time Maintain the garment delivery. Foreseeing delivery challenges and working with Factory Management in the early stage to ensure delivery dates are not effected.
Internal pp meeting
PP meeting is a key point which is the merchandising department is going to handover the style to the quality department to start production It means style is ready to proceed production Here all the information should be clear with everyone After PP/Seal sample approval, merchandising department need to take the PP meeting in place with prior notice to relevant department heads.
Social Compliance and Safety Headed
Headed by a Manager and 2 assistants, working with the factory management and Buyer compliance departments to ensure a safe and fair work environment, also following up on audits and CAP implementation.
Quality Assurance and pre production
Headed by Managers and one Asst. Manager who are involved from the Beginning, starting from the Sampling stage Risk, Analysis Pre production meetings, Bulk production quality Control and Final Inspection. They also help factories by sharing the knowledge on technical related things and also training factory personals to enhance product knowledge.
Risk Analyzing meeting
Risk Analyze is to identify the potential hazards in the entire process and to prevent from those difficulties in early stage Meeting will schedule by merchandising department and will conduct with the participation of relevant department management We will refer available sample which depends on the buyer and latest updated tech pack There are many possible ways which can happen hazards in whole process During risk analysis meeting we are discussing fabric, trims, treatments, and sewing operations under key risk factor of physical, chemical, biological and quality Also will review the style clinically to find the best solution for all critical processes and reengineering the product without harming to style and customer After completing Risk Analyze meeting Sample room will make samples implementing the Risk Analyze Meeting comments.
